Does anyone else gain weight the week BEFORE the totm and not the actual week its here.?

    i do. i have odd symptoms where i puff out like a balloon and get fluy. Then the actual week i have it, im full of energy and feel great?! weird huh

    Yes always the week before is my heaviest.
