I'm freaking out, can someone help me please.
Its the end of that time of the month for me, I drank at least 2 ltrs of water yesterday and didn't go to the bathroom at all and only a little this morning, I know its because I'm retaining water but how do I release it?
Its disturbing to be doing so well for a while then all of a sudden I gained 1.5 pounds, I'm almost in tears here.
SN
I didn't eat late and my calorie intake has been under 1200 calories each day
Any suggestions and thanks in advance.

The best suggestion I have is to drink even more water. Your body may be holding onto the water because it feels it doesn't have enough. Drink an extra liter and see what happens. Also, a magnesium supplement taken daily can help with water retention. It worked for me. Hang in there!0
