Hi im tasha! i'm 21 and on my millionth diet and determined to stick to this one ...so i've come on here for a little inspiration.
I'm currently at 152 pounds hoping to get to 140. I work full time and then have and a 2 1/2 year old to keep me busy evenings and weekends so i struggle to fit in any exercise, i've just started the 30 day shred and was wondering if anyone else is doing this and seen good results?
