What can I put on it, that's low-calorie and good for me? Any ideas? I got two pounds of frozen grouper and I don't know what to do with it.

I like to make a salad with fish and whatever kind of fat free dressing. Maybe I am weird. I was just thinking about this yesterday when I grilled salmon and put it with spinach, field greens, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, tomato and fat free ranch dressing. I was thinking, hmmmm, is it weird that I put fish in my salad? But I often have tuna salad so I figure it's the same thing, and I have been to restaurants where they serve salmon salad. So I would probably try that with the grouper too but maybe I'm just weird!!

You could always make some side veggies like they serve it with in restaurants, like asparagus or steamed broccoli etc.

If you want to eat it all by itself, I know there are some low cal honey mustard dressings or dips (like at Subway) which I think would taste good on it.

I put cajun on every type of grilled fish...it's 5 calories and makes it awesome!

You can marinade in Italian dressing, then wrap the fish in foil or parchment and bake it. I don't know what temp or how long!

I like to take salmon and cook it in a little olive oil in a skillet, and have it with WW pasta and diced tomatoes. yummy!

Cajun seasonings are good too! And lemon pepper seasoning!

Ever thought about fish tacos? Lightly breaded, cooked into little fishy fingers, placed on tacos. I've had them out at a restaurant before, never at home.

Nevermind. Two lbs of grouper could not be eaten that way, LOL
