Logging Jillian Michael's 6 week Ab work out

So I just started this workout. How do I log it in my exercise diary? I know with the 30 DS most people log it as circuit training, but I wasn't sure about this.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

    I log all of Jillian's DVDs in the 'Cardio-create my own exercise section', anm using a hrm though so my calorie burn is worked out for me. Before i got my hrm i logged them under circuit training :)

    Thanks. I was wondering if calisthenics HI would work for this particular workout.

    hi :) i have a HRM, and level one burns 224 calories for the 34 minutes. i am 5'3 and 136lbs, hope that gives you an idea.
