I am 59, 160 pounds with a goal weight of 130. On average I stay at about 1200 calories a day. My menus are generally lean protein, salads, whole grains, yogurt and red wine with dinner. I have only lost 2 pounds in 25 days. I joined a gym and go three times a week. I tried boosting my calories this weekend to see if perhaps my metabolism would kick in. Instead I just feel bloated.
Any advice? I am a healthy female - no health issues - just trying to get lean again.

what kind of exercise are you doing at the gym? How long, how intense? I would say increase your number of workouts, as well as the intensity if you can.0

I looked at your food diary and you seem to be logging balanced meals, healthful foods, etc. And it looks like you pretty much stay near your goal. My only thought might be your portions. Only two weeks ago when I got frustrated with no losses did I actually measure my jam with a measuring spoon, weigh my chicken on a digital scale, etc. Before, I was just approximating. I've learned that I was underestimating my sizes, sometimes by almost half! You might be already doing this, so if you are, I have no other ideas:)
Now, I weigh and measure everything and I've actually lost weight!

Oops, almost forgot. Have you measured your body parts? Like hips, waist, thighs, bicep, etc????? This is a great way to see if you're toning up.0
