I try to eat all healthy meals throughout my day making sure that I stay within my calorie count also trying to keep my weight going down but it seem as if I don't exercise or eat low calorie food it will go up. this little tid bit information keeps me focus. Istay focus on eating the serving size thats required for eat item on my plate.
