Glad you found us:) Your username suggests you have experienced the torturous methods of weightloss and fitness/nutrtion that the world seems to "push" on us. I don't think you will find this site anything like "those". In fact, this is the first time in my 56 years I have come across the truth on fitness and nutrition:) I love this site and the folks on it. Don't be a stranger, ask questions, share your knowledge as well. I learn something new every day here and since October 6th I have a whole new lifestyle of eating and exercise. I have to mention the most important thing I've learned here. That is how to fuel my body. I have an excellent article from these forums that my friend fitness_chic shared with me. It made all the difference and I began to lose the weight:)
