Kitchen Scales - a big help!

Options
I've seen alot of posts lately about people wanting tricks to help them eat better. One thing that has really opened my eyes is kitchen scales...I got mine a year ago and started using it daily within the last few months. It's so much easier than measuring cups and it's much more accurate. I weigh everything - fruit, salad dressing, chocolate chips, etc because it's the only way to ensure I'm logging correctly (I can't guesstimate 28 grams of something - I have no idea what that looks like).

Here's the one I use:

Hope this helps!

Yes, it does! I was shocked to find out how much 6 ounces and 8 ounces were at first. :noway: But it great. The one thing I do suggest is going ahead and speed a bit of money on a nice one. I got a cheap one, that isn't digital and there are times that it a real struggle to get it give me the right number. :flowerforyou:
