I've seen alot of posts lately about people wanting tricks to help them eat better. One thing that has really opened my eyes is kitchen scales...I got mine a year ago and started using it daily within the last few months. It's so much easier than measuring cups and it's much more accurate. I weigh everything - fruit, salad dressing, chocolate chips, etc because it's the only way to ensure I'm logging correctly (I can't guesstimate 28 grams of something - I have no idea what that looks like).
Here's the one I use:

Hope this helps!

Yes, it does! I was shocked to find out how much 6 ounces and 8 ounces were at first. :noway: But it great. The one thing I do suggest is going ahead and speed a bit of money on a nice one. I got a cheap one, that isn't digital and there are times that it a real struggle to get it give me the right number. :flowerforyou:0
