I am after a website which will let me build a recipe, then give me the nutritional info for said recipe (or just the calorie count if not the whole caboodle)

I am sure I saw one mentioned on MFP but cannot for the life of me find it.

Try this site - it gives you all the stats and allows you to enter new foods like MFP.
