Does anyone here use BodyRock.tv for their work outs? Do you have any favorites? I did my first one of her stuff today and it was a serious sweat inducer.
I did this one http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/06/30/booty-shaping-workout/ using the beginner stuff and expect to be extremely sore tomorrow.

Yes I love Bodyrock! She is very inspiring. I am sure I will never have abs like her but I will die trying. lol. I like the "harder than ever" workout. I love how it's usually only 12 mins long and it feels like you are really pushing your body.0

I don't do them regularly, but I've done them, and yes they're quite hard! But great HIIT stuff!0

Her workouts are a serious challenge! I love how they're geared to be done at home.0

Just started doing them about a week ago and I am totally addicted to them now!!0

Do you usually do just one a day? Or a couple of them?0

I usually only do one a day and then do an hour of walking or running. She suggest like 20 mins of skipping which I find impossible. Skipping is hard!0

I like skipping! I bet I would look like an idiot skipping around the neighborhood though haha.0

Yeah I bought a skipping rope and realized I would have to do it outside, then gave up cause I was scared people would be watching lol.0 -

I have one of those interval timers....but I am too stupid to use it....I have tried time and time again to figure out how to set them and my little brain just melts.0 -

You're not stupid. I bought an interval timer too and it took me a little time to get used to how to set it. I love it once I figured it out. It's unbelievable to see just how challenging the timer makes a workout.0 -

Oh I LOVE the look of that first one!!! I might have to try that tomorrow or the day after (depending on level of soreness from today's workout)0
