Hi,
I'm just starting with this today. I have a friend who lost about 15 pounds with the website. I would love to lose 5, or maybe even 10. We'll see. I'm also starting resistance training tomorrow. I weigh about 155 and I run 4 times a week, but these last 5 pounds are not coming off.

So, does this really work?

    Yes, this site really works, as long as your are diligent and honest. Make sure you track your foods and exercise! Feel free to add me! Having support on here is a great help!
  • I'm new today too. I have tried to diet in the past and lose weight but put it right back on. I want to get serious and lose some weight:smile:
