HI All,
I've been trying on and testing out a bunch of new sneakers recently becasue mine are really old and its time for new ones. I've narrowed it down to two choices and I'm looking to see if anyone owns either and can let me know thier thouhgts on them:
Reebok Realflex & Saucony Shadow Genesis
I mainly workout at the gym or woth a trainer doing machines (cardio and strenght/weights) as well as free weights, BOSU low-impact aerobic stuff etc. I'm not really a runner. I'll jog/run on the treadmill but I'm not really doing it for long nor training to do longer runs etc. I've looked up all kinds of reviews online and majority of the things posted are from serious runners or people that just wanted a cute new pair of shoes. I need something more in between... like how are they for impact, flexibility for training, stability for weights etc. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I've always had good luck with Saucony. They wear well but they're a little on the heavy side.0

yeah. these ones were pretty light and had a little more support in the heel area i think.... but i'm still torn.0

I just bought a pair of Saucony's. A different model than you are looking at but they are the most comfortable sneaker I've ever had. The girl at the shop watched me walk and run and then had me try on half a dozen paris. These fit me the best and they have been a joy to run in.0
