HI everyone, Im new on here and just want to say im not sure where to start but i need to make changes in my life and there is no time like the present. I am glad i found this sight its an easy way for me to track my progress and be accountable for my sucess. I plan on exersicing atleast 3-4 times per week first thing in the morning for 10 - 15 min and slowly added to it to get up to an hour a day every day. i want this to become a part of my daily rutine and a part of my new life style. i would love to make new friend on this new chapter in my life and look forward to reaping the benefits of my lifestyle changes. good luck to all you out there and wish you all the best
