is it okay to workout when you have a cold?

I do. My theory is if I'm not on antibiotics or running a fever, or vomiting, then I'm ok to work out!0

it's all about how you feel. If you feel OK, the do it. if you feel awful, you need to rest. Listen to your body.0

Yes...but why do you want to? If you're sick, the best thing for you is rest.
Exercise is any form is a stress so working out is counterproductive to allowing your body to get healthy again.0 -
I've tried to find a balance because I have chronic pain and can end up able to do nothing but lay around in agony if I push it too much. Go start and promise yourself to give it 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes you can't imagine finishing your workout, go rest. If after 15 minutes another 15 doesn't sound too bad, continue! It may help you feel better to get your workout in. When in question, start.0
