I am 64 years old and struggling to lose weight!

I know that I am not doing all that I can to lose weight. Seems like there is too much sugar and protein in my diet! Looking forward to exploring community and other aspects of this website. So far, I have only use weight and exercise features to track calories and exercise and water!

I recommend making small changes at first if you've recently decided to start your journey to healthiness. Starting can be very challenging but it does get easier. Everyweek pick a goal to work on. My goal this week is drink up to 102 ounces a day this week. Last week it was getting in 64 each day and that goal was accomplished. Setting minature goals are the key. We all struggle trust me and were in this together... Say hello to the new you...0
