alcohol free beer. Has all of the electrolytes/good stuff of any sports drink on the market, has roughly 50 cals per bottle (so waaaaaay less than most sports drinks), and tends to be all-natural (okay, well, here in Germany it is, anyway -- largely cause it's against the law to put crap into it).
Favorite tip of most of the soccer players/trainers I know around here...

squeezed lemon/orange/lime/tangerine (whatever you prefer), salt and water (I would normally use 1 teaspoon of salt to 1 litre of water and about 1/4 cup of two or more citrus fruits squeezed)0
