Goal is to lose the last of the baby weight

My son is now 8 months old and I'm ready to lose the last 10 lbs or so of the baby weight. I'm hoping that tracking what I eat and getting in to daily exercising will get me back into my pre-pregnancy shape in no time :):happy:

    Good for you!!! My baby just turned 20....and I'm still calling this baby fat!!!! LMAO!

    Best of luck to you!! I have found that tracking cals really does help!!! Kinda keeps you accountable you know!! And if your working out daily you will lose that extra 10 pds in no time!! :smile:

    Good Luck and you can even include your baby with the exercise and your getting to bond as well.
