I joined my fitness pal a few months ago, but now is when I am really starting to use it. It has taken me a long time to get motivated to get active and fit again. Before, I would always be involved in something. Nonetheless, in 2009 I moved to Florida, became sedentary, and gained 30+ pounds. That's a lot of weight for two years. I am going on a cruise on September and flying back home on November. I would definitely like to shed some of those pounds by then!

I bought me a bike, Kinect's UFC trainer, Dance Central, my dog and niece are ready and willing to take walks with me, and I am trying to improve my "big portion" eating habits. I am ready and I know that I can do it. I just came back from the store and bought batteries for my scale, which had been without them for a while.
