to be able to run a 5k race. I have decided to do the c25k program and I am on week 4 day 1. it was 2 milesI finished in 26 1/2 minutes. then I went straight to 10 incline and for 1 minute at every half incline all the way down to zero I ended with 3.1 miles which is a 5k. all that combined took me 48 minutes. The thing now that I have to work on now is improving my time. I'm trying for 30-35 minutes.

Rock on! I have no love for running, so I respect those who dedicate themselves to training for races.
Best wishes!0 -
That is so awesome! I've always wanted to run! I loved it when I was a kid and always wanted that rush out of a workout! You'll get there I'm sure!! Slow but steady!0
