Question about macros...

I keep hearing that MFP's auto settings have the protein ratio too low. I am focusing on bringing my nutrition around, and I was wondering what a better macros ratio for weight loss would be?

I'm not sure if activity level would make a difference in the fixed ratio of nutrients, but just in case:

I'm a 25 yo female w/ a desk job, but I work out 5 times per week to try to make up for the sitting.

Any advice on this?
