Haven't felt like this in a while...advice?

I feel like I just got done with a binge! I've eaten 1800 calories today (have just under 2000 because of exercise).

I know that the *old* me would feel nothing but guilt thinking that I seriously over ate! I'm don't feel "guilty" because I know I was suppose to eat those calories...but the "normal" feeling after a binge (I want to give up, I don't care, I'm never going to lose weight) are still there! WHY? Any advice...? I think I actually recover better from a true binge when I go 1800 calories over! :ohwell:

that is the way that I always feel also. Why keep going??? But you got off the wagon and not by much so tomorrow is a new day. You can do it. You are doing it. :drinker:

No...see the thing is I had 200 more calories I COULD have eaten today and still stayed within my range because of exercise!

I'm actually there today, I ate like normal but exercised more. By the time dinner rolled around I still had over 1000 calories to eat :noway: I made myself some baked homemade frieds (guilty pleasure) and I was going to make a hamburger (another guilty pleasure) but I feel so full... And I already feel like I have gone over even though I am about 600 cals under.

Ugh. Can't help, can only sympathize. :flowerforyou:

you feel that way because you're saving too many calories for the end of your day. I am like that too. Try eating a bigger breakfast, even if all you're adding is a glass of milk and a peice of fruit to what you eat already, it'll really help. Also have snacks throughout the day. you should never have 1000 calories left over at dinner time, theres no way I could eat all that without stuffing myself. If it does happen occaisionally have a treat like a dessert or pizza or something else high in cals that you wouldn't normally have. It's better the do that than to just not eat them.:flowerforyou:

Wow! I never get that many exercise calories!! What are you including in those cals? Just gym and cardio...are you deducting for the 'normal' cals you would have burned just breathing?

I have a lil issue with eating when you are no longer hungry. I think some days our bodies just dont want any more. Maybe it is still metabolising yesterdays food, or it is in a different rithym (oh my, cant remember how to spell that word!!)

I only burn 200-350 in my exercise, so I dont really have that issue. I start with 1200 so end up with only 1400-1600 and I feel like I am on a never ending eating binge.

Your doing so well, Renae. Listen to your body not that lil  saying 'go ahead, eat it my pretty"(eve vile voice!)

I dont think I would ever lose weight If I ate that many calories. Yesterday I to had a bad day and ate pizza. Went over my calories by 300 but it was delicious and today is another day.

I think that is one advantage of exercising in the morning: if you know that you have x+350 calories because of exorcise, then you can allocate your nutrition more evenly throughout the day. I find that if I eat more than about 700 calories for any meal, I feel as if I binged... even if my calorie count for the day allows it.

Here's the thing...I only ate 700 calories from 4pm on...I had "planned" it out right...(400 for dinner, 300 for snack after workout) it was to so much all in one day I didn't feel like I stopped eating

    OHOH!
I am feeling the "binge" affects this morning and I only ate my standard 1500 calories...could of been over by a few...! Is that insane or what....
I am doubly depressed cause I haven't lost anything since Thanksgiving!!!! Which I gained 1 1/2 lbs!!!!
I've been chugging along...but today looking at the scale.... I just was majorly depressed.
