Egg fried cauliflower rice?

Has anyone tried making this? Just wondered how it worked? Any recipes/tips much appreciated. Thanks xxx

    you people are amazing what a really good idea for rice substitute would never have thought of it on my own cant wait to try it just wish caulis werent so expensive at the moment lol

    I made it tonight. I just cooked the cauliflower in the microwave like I usually do, then I fried it with a little oil and added spring onion and liquid egg white. I had it with a veggie curry. It was delish :)
