Low blood sugar?

I used to be a sugar junky. I ate sweets like craaaazy. Sure, it was so bad, but I'm young and didn't think too much of it. However, now I've quit the habit but I feel nauseous. I'm thinking I may be getting a low blood sugar, but I'm trying not to eat junk food. I need help.

You can find sugars in other foods. Try eating an Apple.0

Hey hun, I have low blood sugar and you do not need junk food to cure it
I would recommend going to see a doctor if you feel you have low blood sugar, and they'll be able to give you professional advice. But I usually drink stuff like orange juice, Over the Moon fat free milk (fat free, low on calories but has a decent amount of sugar), and eat cereals that have a little sugar, plus fruits because they have natural sugars.

buy yourself one of those cheap little glucometers at walmart. You can get one for like 10 dollars, maybe even cheaper, and when you feel that way check your blood sugar. a normal sugar runs 60-100 on some tests and 70 to 110 on others. So if it is below 60 its wise to see your doctor and get a checkup.0

Yeah, fruit especially oranges or the juicier fruits, the natural sugar will get into your system faster so you stop feeling sick a bit earlier. My surrogate dad had diabetes and he snacked on things like this fairly often to keep a stable blood sugar level.0

I do have hypoglycemia and there are many other foods to replenish your low blood sugar like fruit. However, with a well balanced diet most people can avoid his or her blood sugar from dropping to a low point.0
