Hello all. I joined MFP a couple weeks ago and so far so good. Looking to lose maybe 15-20 pounds. I've gone to the gym fairly regularly.....working out 4-5 times per week. But as I've gotten older the the metabolism has started to slow down so I'm hoping that by writing everything down I can make the necessary tweaks.
