Wierd reaction to exercise?

Runners and cyclists call that "bonking". Your body had nowhere to get fuel to burn to sustain you.
You can prevent it by eating just a little something immediately before exercise, perhaps 1/2 banana or protein bar.
Then, within 10 minutes of finishing the exercise, eat again. If it is a long activity, such as a 3-4 hour ride, do make sure you eat something at the 1/2-way point.
By the way, it is important to eat the extra calories you earn by exercising -- keeps the muscle mass fueled so the body will burn fat, not cannibalize its own muscle. If you fail to keep your calories up as a regular exerciser, you will plateau or actually even GAIN weight.

seriously, forget all the specualtion from MFP user (all good people though!!). Just get blood tests ASAP. Probably overdue for one anyway??
