Maximum weight gain in a week?

Hey guys! I'm freaking out a little bit....I have been trying so hard to lose weight, but I have only been gaining. Part because of progestin I was put on for 5 days last week, part because I had guests over for 4 days... these were my calorie intakes the past week

M: under 8
T: over 303
W: under 12
TH: over 423
F: over 532
S: over 1049
S: over 1493

I did the math, and although I was well above my goals, I was supposedly just under my calorie maintenance meaning I shouldn't have gained any weight. However, I have gained 4 pounds this week!!! I haven't been able to lose very much even though I ate lots of fiber and protein. I have lost 35 pounds on here before, but my PCOS and progestin is killing all of my success. I will get better from here. I failed so bad this week because I was showing my friends the best food in the city. Could I have really gained 4 pounds or is it lies? I had a BM today so its not all bulk!!

Edit: I have been tracking for a month!
