UGH I completely forgot....

This summer has not been the greatest for me as far as watching my eating and working out. I did really well at the beginning but then it just slipped away and I started gaining the weight back because my eating habits were horrible. I have just started this week eating right, counting my calories, and exercising. BUT I completely forgot how quickly I get out of shape and I was sweating and huffing and puffing like crazy after a 20 min workout! I know it will get easier but I am angry at myself for getting so out of shape!

    You have to be consistant or you'll just yoyo your whole life. It's a lifestyle choice to be healthy and excercise. Don't let it be another fad you try then quit on.
