soo. i love running. and I run outside a lot, and I always wear a tank top usually for the courtsey of others... I feel like if I just wore a sports bra that my stomach "fat" would jiggle. I think that it's super terrible, but no one is perfect I guess. At what point did you just say F it, and wear a sports bra or go shirtless for the dudes???

That just isn't going to happen! Firstly, I have awful stretch marks on my abdomen that are not getting publicly aired, secondly I have never seen anyone running round here in a crop top/bra. It just doesn't happen.0

at 12.8 % body fat, I don't know where you think this 'jiggle' is ?
I say it's time once you feel confident!0 -
she's had 8 kids (and a tummy tuck) but she' ain't afraid to go topless, cuz she's confident with who she is

I am at least twice your size and I run in a sports bra. I could care less who I offend with my massive amounts of jiggle that is in more places than my stomach. I do not see how you think you have something to jiggle.0

I'm 5'3", 129 pounds and 45 years old. I, unashamedly, wear a sports bra when I run. Granted, the ones I wear are cute and match the running shorts I wear them with, but I really don't give a damn what anyone else thinks as far as any part of my body that might be jiggling. It's summer in Tucson, AZ and it's HOT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As far as I'm concerned, I'm out there running and staying as cool as possible while doing it. That's all that matters.0

Or possibly because her stomach doesn't look like it's been attacked by a tiger.0 -

which is why I mentioned the tummy tuck haha ... she's worked hard for those abs though ... tummy tucks won't get you a 6 pack0 -

She doesn't have stretch marks either, and a tummy tuck won't get rid of those!0 -
She got rid of them somehow I remember the show where she showed her stomach after 8 kids ...

Looking at your photo, I'd say you can get away with that! I'm not really there yet. I COULD, but I'm not comfortable enough yet. I only do that in the privacy of my own home when I do the elliptical or a DVD.0

That gives me hope (and makes me slightly nauseous).0 -
Is that Kate Goslin? She had plastic surgery to get her tummy back. The doctor donated it.
I'm guessing there was so much extra skin that they were able to cut out all of the skin with stretch marks. There is no way possible to get rid of stretch marks without surgery (and, yes, it is possible to get rid of them with surgery).0
