Shred It With Weights

Sorry, I searched the message boards but all I found was posts about results and how often to do it. I just finished 30DS and started Shred It with Weights today. I really like it a lot, even though I'm using dumb bells and not a kettlebell, though I may invest in one later.

Is this meant to be a 30 day program? So do I do each level for 15 days? And is it meant to be done everyday? Also, what do you usually log it under? I don't have a HRM so I need to find something to guestimate the calories burned.
