B.S.F Challenge.......December 6

Hey guys!
Well, last night I did well...coming in under my calories by 200...yet I had two hamburgers and felt completely sick! (Yeah...for working out at night :laugh: )
Today is going to be a challenge because I'm going out with friends for lunch (no biggie...I already have picked out what I'm going to eat) BUT the mall has soft pretzels! :sad: Yeah...I looked up the calories and what I usually eat is well over 1,000 calories (and that's just 1 of those bad boys!) so I some how have to figure out how to not eat them :noway:
I hope you guys have a good day! I've got to grab me some breakfast!
ETA: We're going to be Better, Stronger, Faster today :laugh:

Good Luck!! I am out to lunch with my mil and sil today so hopefully I can stay away from all those things too.0

Did no exercise yesterday for the first time in many moons. Wasn't feeling well. I'll get a walk in today, but nothing major. Turns out I don't have all those yoga classes after all. Got an email from the teacher that she found someone else to sub for her (because I couldn't take all of her classes - just all but one!) :grumble: I wish she would have let me know earlier! :grumble: I'll try to think of it as a bonus, sleep in on Sunday kinda of thing.

Well, my goal today is to take it easy. I think I over did it a little yesterday because I spotted again and I was hurting last night. It's not cramps though. That's what's weird.
This is a fitness challenge but I am not doing any fitness right now. I can't leave the challenge because I am addicted and you guys are my buds! :smooched:So I will try not to complain about my situation and try to encourage you all as best as I can. :flowerforyou:
Goals:
rest
drink water
finish grocery list for DH

Yesterday was once again at the office too late to go to the gym afterwards. . .as in the gym was actually closed when I got there.
(who authorized them to close at 8 p.m. on Fridays anyway?)
Today, is bikram in the afternoon. . .so I'm looking forward to that.
Also, I have GOT to figure out how to get to exercise in next week. My body has nowhere to release any stress right now and it's starting to build up.
So, water, vits, bikram and rest.

Update: fell asleep on the sofa. . .and missed bikram.
I promise to do "Yoga burn" (my Rodney Yee DVDs are getting dusty) instead. Please, someone hold me to this.
Also, I think it would be more restorative in general to not be out among the other humans today. (the introvert's curse: other humans are energy vampires. . .time to re-charge!):flowerforyou:0 -

Pretzels! :laugh: Yeah...I blew my calories for today...I'm going to go with a very light dinner and call it good.

I'm only doing so-so today. Still trying to get my energy back and getting annoyed that I am still so tired.
If I don't get on my treadmill for at least a little bit even with a slow walk, I'll only have a couple hundred calories left for dinner.:grumble: I am getting my water in. At least that is good. I need a pep talk!

Don't leave mm, it wouldn't be the same without you! You can still share with us and us with you. Heck if I get anything extra done I count it as exercise and some days I post here even though I didn't exercise. Todays exercise consisted of walking thru Walmart of all things.:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: So don't leave, there's no need to.0

Just for the record. . .I did my "yoga for flexibility" DVD at home. I'm in plan B mode, I guess.
Tomorrow, I'm looking forward to going to the gym.:flowerforyou:0
