Extreme Couponers!!!!
Hey ~ I am sure there are a few of you out there besides me. I am not SUPER EXTREME (yet).
Do any of you know of any coupons for fresh produce??????????
I am only eating raw fruits and vegetables right now.
I know of two and I just posted them in another post for people doing the juice fast thing right now, but I figured I should make another post and see if you guys know of any other ones.
Here are the ones I know about:
1) Earthbound farms offers a coupon for taking a quiz on their website. Click "why organic" then click "test your knowledge and win". Do the quiz and get a $1.00 coupon. Carrots at Walmart are only $0.88 so you can get those free, plus walmart will pay you the $0.12 difference between the coupon price and product price, so you get an extra 12 cents for somethingn else in your cart.
2) Driscolls has a "consumer panel" i signed up for on their website. They sent me $0.50 coupon to my e-mail. Not sure of their price of strawberries right now, but I will always take 50 cents off if possible!
Tip for those not majorly into couponing: Print the coupon once. then hit the back button on your browser and the coupon will print again! Typically couponing websites have a print limit of 2 per computer and printer. So go to work, friends house, families house etc. and you can also print the coupons there. You will have so many bags of free carrots!!! LOL

Unfortunately, produce coupons are VERY rare. Sometimes your local supermarket (if you live in a large enough area) will offer promotions through their email programs. For example, my local grocery store has an email list you can sign up for that emails you approximately every two weeks to tell you which produce is at "season's peak." Most of the time, it's just an ad but, every so often, there will be a $1 off coupon at the bottom.
Otherwise, the best advice I can give (and what I do) is to try to save as much as possible on essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) and reallocate the money saved to buy fresh produce. I apologize that this isn't terribly helpful but it's the best info I have to offer.0 -

NoleGirl boy do I know! Coupons for healthier food items rarely exist! Last month I got a coupon for $0.75 off of milk and I almost peed my pants out of joy! LOL. There was also a coupon recently for $2.00 off of pork ribs. I don't eat pork, but my boyfriend and I barbeque with our friends a lot so I got those for him. Its really rare to find coupons on milk, meat, and produce. I did find the two produce coupons I mentioned earlier, but that is it! Hopefully I will fall into some more produce deals soon!
I do the same thing as far as stocking up on all the other essentials. I have my little stockpile in my garage. I am GOLDEN on toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body washes, cleaners for the house, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodarants, razors, shaving cream, aspirin etc. etc. etc. LOL0
