I have been plateaued for ~5 weeks now. I raised my calorie limit up to 1540 cals (MFP says I will lose 1 lb per week) 3 weeks ago and my weight hasn't budged. I have switched up my exercise routine. I am drinking a ton of water and watching my sodium intake.
What do I do now?
Do I lower my calories again? I am at a loss. I still have at least 30 lbs to go until my goal weight. Not sure what to do.

Are you doing HIIT? For me it was adding HIIT and changing my diet to little to no processed food, tons of fruit and veggies, lower carbs.0

Yep. I am doing HIIT. I am staying away from processed foods but I usually am a little higher on my carbs. I'll try changing that around.0

This has a bit of info on carbs and fat and such. I've tried to cut out fast digesting carbs and try to eat slow carbs. it's hard sometimes, though.0 -
