Hi again everyone, hope you all are doing great?! Okay well here's my question today: I need low fat but some foods with a good amount of calories but healthy I am not a big carb person. I eat brown rice and will have wheat toast with butter spray sometimes or sandwiches or wholegrain pits with hummus. With that said, I am having a hard time meeting my calories but don't want to up my fat intake anyone have any food ideas? I eat fruit and homemade smoothies but don't want too much sugars. I'm getting bored eating the same day in and day out and need to meet my quota . Thanks! ;)<3

Thanks I will look into getting some lowfat cottage cheese and nuts then! Love me all kinds of nuts so that shouldn't be too hard. ;)

No, true but it depends on the fat and it's source. It's the right fats that are good and the bad fats that need not be in my journal. ;)

Eat good fats, they will help with the weight loss. Olive oil, avocado, seeds and almonds, i try to get the yogurt that is not fat free. Did you know a lot of the time they add hidden carbs in those fat free foods?

yeah that is why I use the fat free mayo once in awhile and limit my processed foods a lot and try to keep things as pure and simple as possible. Never tried avocado's before what do they taste like? are they similar in taste to any fruit or vegetable? I do eat sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds and especially peanut butter with no high fructose corn syrup in it.
