Hi again everyone, hope you all are doing great?! Okay well here's my question today: I need low fat but some foods with a good amount of calories but healthy I am not a big carb person. I eat brown rice and will have wheat toast with butter spray sometimes or sandwiches or wholegrain pits with hummus. With that said, I am having a hard time meeting my calories but don't want to up my fat intake anyone have any food ideas? I eat fruit and homemade smoothies but don't want too much sugars. I'm getting bored eating the same day in and day out and need to meet my quota . Thanks!

Eat good fats, they will help with the weight loss. Olive oil, avocado, seeds and almonds, i try to get the yogurt that is not fat free. Did you know a lot of the time they add hidden carbs in those fat free foods?0
