Hi I have been using myfitnesspal app for 3 weeks and have lost 10lbs already. Was at 150lbs now at 140lbs. I am 5'6" and needed to lose the fat and gain the muscle. I have been going to the gym and walking bike trails on my day off. I have never eaten this healthy before. So I am proud of that as well. This app makes it easier to see what I am putting into my body. I am looking to find a fitnesspal friend to help keep me motivated even when I reach my weight goal...anyone interested let me know...let's keep each other motivated!
