Am I the only one in here completely addicted to them?
I cant say how much money I've spent on them but I drink a 'Mother' everyday (except weekends) and those are anywhere from $3.50 - $4 a pop!
YES! I know, I could be saving that money but c'mon. When you're addicted it doesn't matter. I cant start my day without one even though the calories are pretty out there.
Just thought I'd share that =)

When you're addicted it doesnt matter??
I used to be addicted to cigarettes - 40 per day for many years. Some addictions do matter.
Energy drinks are a waste of money, but if you are happy to fork out for them then cool.
  • you just will have to cut down your consumption until you can break the habit. They can't be good for you...especially in excess!! do it for your health. you don't have to go cold turkey, but please try to start cutting down and then eventually cut it out all together.

Obviously what I meant by it doesn't matter is - It's an addiction so you don't mind pulling money out for it. Hence why it's an addiction. You dont think about it......
An no I dont mind spending money on it. It's not like it's breaking my bank.
But that wasn't really the question...

Yeah I'm thinking more for my health. I just wish there was an alternative.

Love Sugar Free Red Bull. Not worth the cash or the sugars but, I still indulge every once in a while. Sometimes I have a hard time getting started and coffee or tea is hot or too heavy so if I want something cold that is what I go for. Try and limit yourself to when you REALLY need it but yes some things are hard to give up.

I'm the same way with coffee, but I've recently started buying 1 every two days and just splitting it in half to drink between the two days. It's saved me bundles!

I am in *LOVE* with Go Girl right now!! My boyfriend introduced me to them, and they are awesome!! Only 5 calories for 12 fl oz!! I try not to have them *too* much...but they are a great time saver for me in the mornings when I'm running late to get to work and I need my little pick-me-up. Expensive...but I'll shell out ;)

Ahhh my mistake. Do you know that if you bought one every day it would be nearly $1,500 in a year that you would spend on them?

So you are spending between $913 and $1044 a year on energy drinks...if you have one a day [not including weekends]. I'm not criticizing by any means. But maybe you should at least drink alcohol like everyone else?

lol. I may as well I suppose. I actually barely drink alcohol. I don't go out often so I guess that's a good thing. But I only drink the energy crap if I go out. Maybe thats my problem. I shouldn't leave my house =)

I may not have to have them, but if I must snag one it is usually a sugar free Red Bull. That is what I recommend! find a version of the one you like that has little or no calories they are out there.

And seriously who cares what you spend your money on its your money lol..
