Well, I finally decided to keep a food diary.......I practice an eating disorder religiously and have gained a whopping 100 pounds binging and over exercising. With the help of diet pills again, I am cutting calories way back and hoping not to do the starvation thing once more. I am trying to beat the disorder but at this point in my life, not sure if that's possible and I just want to be "normal" if there is such a thing. After doing my food diary today, I am so proud that I only consumed about 1300 cals today......I hope this is a good trend for me!

Good luck with your journey, this app definitely helps you keep track of things and also put it all in perspective. After all, we want to be healthy right?
Keep motivated and check out the forums, they are really helpful, its nice to hear people going through the same issues0
