Fat-Free cheese

Yea! i heard about this mythological thing called fat-free cheese. I searched high and low in three different cities and couldn't find it at Safeway, Albertson's, Fred Meyers etc. I was about ready to give up but today we went to Whole Foods looking for other stuff and I found ONE brand. LifeTime. It comes in different flavors; I bought the Cheddar it is 40 calories for 1 Oz. It tastes like Velveeta.

    I love Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss. It''s FANTASTIC on fruit or subbed for cream cheese on toast.

    Ya! that stuff is ADDICTING! I used to put it on whole wheat Carr's crackers. But I had to break the addiction.
