Never Easy!

Ok, when I first started mfp, I was really really motivated. I have lost 30 lbs, and I see the weigh lost but today I woke up with the give me a reason not to order and eat an entire pizza attitude!
It is hard and although I don't feel like dieting every day all day, nor do I feel like chatting with dieters every day all day about a diet, I haven't given up.
I am tired, and dieting is never easy!
Just venting today!

Try making your own pizza (with veggies) and low fat cheese...
Then eat up!0 -
I'm pretty sure we all have those days. I hope you made healthy choices today in spite of what you wanted to do, and that you continue to be dedicated to your journey towards better health!0

We all have those days! I'm the same way. I don't always stay within my calories, but I do it conciously. And I've still lost over 20lb and been keeping it off. But sometimes I have a day (or just an evening) where I just let it go for awhile. I'm human.0

I felt like this today, too! We just have to remember the good outweighs the bad!0

Yes, when the honeymoon period passes, we have to reach deep and dismiss feelings that will sabotage our best efforts.
Hang in there!!!0
