HI all!
I am not a newbie to this site, but I have bee severely slacking. I joined earlier this year, dropped 7 pounds and 35 cholesterol points in 2 months. Once I got that clean bill of health from my doc, I totally relapsed. I gained all my weight back and then some. I can't stop eating junk. I am lacking motivation and could really use some support...
I am 22 years old, moving back to school this week to finish my final year of nursing school. I am 5'2 and looking to lose about 25 pounds. I also just started phase one of p90x lean. I really could use support from anyone, even if we don't have the same goals or anything so feel free to request me as a friend. I need all the help I can get!

Best of luck to you. My advice would be to avoid the fad diets and exercise and just learn to live healthy. Use MFP to track yourself to help you learn, but eat the food pyramid, don't starve yourself and figure out an exercise program you ENJOY doing.
I like to ride my bike and walk, so that's what I do.

Although, my weight loss on here is tracked to about 17 pounds, I have lost 88 pounds, I've done it through a combination of P90X normal program (Lean is awesome too) and the Abs diet. Abs diet just taught common sense knowledge of food and what's good and what's bad in food. It wasn't a diet as it was more of a lifestyle change. It has worked very well for me. Good luck.0
