Brand New - finished my first day!

Today I finished my first day on MFP and it has already helped! To be honest, I didn't even REALIZE how much I was eating. I kind of always figured, "Well it is just a 5oz. steak... and I'm eating Skinny Cow ice cream..." but tonight I cut the ice cream because I'm already in the hole 195 calories! Haha that is okay though - it is motivation to do better tomorrow.

I'm with you guys for support every step of the way! I would love to hear your success stories, recipes, exercise motivation tips, and everything in between!
