Ok, I got the phone app, I joined website. currently 255, Need to get back to 220. 6 people in the house, everybody loves ice cream. but I will make it!

Any thoughts?

    I LOVE ice cream! What I do is I just use a smaller bowl, and I end up eating less ice cream. it's all a mental game.
