Losing in all the worng places....

I hit my goal weight awhile ago and was Thrilled. Recently my goal has been to reduce my body fat. So I've kept my calories up and reduced my fat to 25% instead of the standard 30. I've done this along with weight training, protein after workouts and keeping up the cardio.
Well it appears I have no control of where I lose the fat. There are just some places a woman doesn't want to lose too much.
I know there is no way to spot reduce... like sit ups won't take away the flab on my abs, but do I have to lose my girlish figure too?:ohwell:

I assume you are planning to go a little further with the body fat reduction? You should see it even out. I bet you look great. We are always harsher on ourselves than we need to be.0

Nope can't spot reduce, but working out will mean that when the fat does come off those muscles will be nice and toned underneath.0

You're right, there are no ways to spot reduce...
But, there are ways to bulk up certain areas or create a shape.
If you want to make your chest larger- work on the muscles in that area. It won't "grow" them, but it will make things perkier! heheheh
If you want to make an hourglass shape, to keep that V look- the tiny waisted look- which is so nice for a lady, do lat pull downs.
Good luck! I feel your pain! But, just know there is a way to fit and hot!0 -
Women with "flat" butts..........heavy squats and lunges will build that booty up. That "shaping" crap is just that.........crap.
Straight up and down from hip to shoulders? Build "wider" shoulders and the illusion is a smaller waistline and a more hour glass figure.0 -
I don't mind losing my hips, but please god, don't take my boobs. They're little enough as is.0
