Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today is a double challenge: Leg Raises AND Crunches

Let's see if we can do 75/150.

You can do the crunches any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

See if you can do the leg raises and crunches at the same time. I'm gonna see if I can on a couple of them at least.

    I'm in! never done leg raises before but I'll give it a go! Doubt I'll manage them at the same time though!

  • I'm new to this! I did this challenge and decided to post. I did the crunches to music and got them all in. The leg lifts though, I was only able to do 20. I will continue to work on them throughout the day.

    just to clarify - thats 75 leg and 150 crunches or the other way? Not that is extremely important cause i'm sure i could just do the same number of both... but... just checking

    My normal workout includes a minimum of 200 crunches usually XD I think I did 40-60 leg lifts today...idk I should try doing more when I can, though... I'd like to see a push-up challenge! ...maybe -_-

    Or to keep it in "My Topics" to refer back to. That's what I use it for... I don't use it to keep the thread visible.
  • I'm in...done...did 150 of each during lunch today, got a good burn on before my meal :) I needed that...have been neglecting my abs too much lately!
