Hey everyone
I was just wondering what exercise everyone does to get rid of the bingo wings? i have been doing the 30 day shred (am on L1 D9 today) but i dont see a difference is there any extra moves i can do to help tone the arms?

are you 9 days in? Most people see a real difference after exercising for 6 weeks...0

are your weights challenging you enough? 30DS shouldnt feel easy at all, you should constantly push yourself to "feel the burn" lol
my trainer has me doing 5kg weight exercises and press ups and pull ups etc on a TRX band and i lost 10cm off my arms in 4 weeks as well as my waist etc but keep going and youll see results. 9 days isnt very long. dont give up x0 -
i definatley feel the burn with my weights yeah lol

Your body decides where it's going to lose the fat from first - I carry a lot of weight on my arms and my legs but the biggest and first loss has been in my tummy and waist, unfortunately you can't spot train body parts - but you're doing the right thing, just stick at it and you will see results.0 -
if theres a bit of fat and wobble then you need to build the muscle before you start to see them slim so im sure your on the right track if your seeing the difference everywhere else.
i love 30 day shred, its a great workout.0 -
