I usually run 2 miles every other day. I decided to start running three. I could get it in at about 36 minutes. My goal was to get in at 32 minutes. In one week I dropped four minutes. Im so happy. But was really surprised me was the vitamins for my joints really helped me. This is the first time in 7 year since my knee injury that Ive feel that good while running. My new time to beat is 28 minutes. Im so happy I dont think I could sleep tonight.

Good for you! I did the Couch to 5k and the first time I ran 3.1 miles I did it in around 45 minutes, now I regularly complete it in 24 minutes +/-. Keep it up! I just finished a 2 mile run (all I had time for) in right at 16 minutes.0
