New phase in life for family

Hello all. I'm Tracy. I'm 43 and need to lose a lot. I have trouble staying focused. I have been tracking my food on here for a while, but this is my first forum post. I want to lose 60 pounds by my birthday in Feb. I have lost and gained 20+ pounds in this year. I figure if I lose 1-2 pounds a week I can do it.

Any advice is helpful.
