I LOVE, LOVE,LOVE P90x yoga x, but am looking for something that is not 90 min long. I have also tried Roney Yee's yoga, but hated it. I feel that he moves through the poses way too fast and I dont feel the full effects of each one. So anyone elso out there that enjoys yoga x have any dvd recs that are about 30 minutes long?

First, I'll say if you have only done yoga from DVDs, you should take classes before moving on to a new DVD. It's pretty much impossible to learn proper form from a DVD.
My recommendations for DVDs are anything by Gaiam. I love Power Yoga with Rodney Yee (1 hour) and Yoga for Weight Loss (45 minutes).
The second one has four levels from beginner to just above intermediate levels.0 -
I just bought Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown because it has really good reviews, but I haven't tried it yet. I'm pretty sure it's only 20-30 minutes and only cost $6 at Walmart.0
