RI30/30DS questions!

hi all!
A few Q's:

1) Should I start Ripped in 30 or the 30 Day Shred today? Which is better? (for inch loss!)
2) When doing either RI30/30DS, should I also do more cardio on my treadmill? (like a 20min jog or something)

    i would say the 30 day shred personally but they really both help with your fitness levels...and make sure you do it EVERYDAY!
  • I have done both and lost more inches on the 30DS but more pounds on the RI30. Guess it all depends on what you are looking for. I also added in about 30 minutes on the treadmill.
