I was in Target trying on a belt and checking it out in the full length mirror they had there. Another shopper walked by and commented "It looks good, you are so tiny!" I wanted to tell her that 10 months ago I was not "tiny" and how it had made my day for her to say that to me, but I didn't, and just said "thank you" as she went on her way! She has no idea how that small comment encouraged me.

First, congrats on your success! It's awesome that a total stranger noticed the results of your hard work!!!

Second, to me, this reinforces the idea of how important it is to courteous and kind to everyone. You never know what a simple, seemingly insignificant comment can mean to someone! Even a smile can go a very long way!
